if you've noticed, i've sent the 400
from the first adopt that was AB'd. The second adopt that was AB'd was with cashIll note u meh paypal ^^
basically, once i finished the adopt completely, i would merge all layers together, and double click on the layer (since it allows me quick access to the different effects. If it doesn't allow you to do that, let me know and i'll figure how to get there XD). I then went to the 'Outer Layer Glow' and the settings i've used can be seen on that screenshot ;u;~ You can also play around with the settings to change the color, give a soft glow, or a solid outline like what i did XD
